The neighborhood is in a growing, evolving area with a charming public greenway just a short walk away. While some parts of the walk don't have sidewalks, it's still a pleasant and peaceful route—and there's also convenient public parking available if you'd rather drive.

Ideally located in a residential neighborhood just North of the Classic Center, you can enjoy your peace and quiet while still being close to all the action. Uber and Lyft are readily available to help you enjoy the downtown scene, local restaurants, and other attractions.

Your safety matters. This property has a Ring camera with audio at the exterior part of the house and will be turned on at all times. Don't fret, it does not look into interior spaces.

Free parking is available for up to two vehicles beside the house. Uber and Lyft are available for anyone who doesn't want to drive around Athens. If you choose to walk to downtown, please note that there are areas without sidewalks and a few transitional neighborhoods on the route. There is a public transit stop nearby.
