The Space:

The home is completely private and located in a peaceful residential neighborhood. There's room for 3 cars (or two larger SUVs) in the driveway, and street parking is free, unregulated, and readily available. Walk up the steps to the first outdoor patio which has a lounge area and picnic table with umbrella, surrounded by the lush front yard landscaping. When you enter the home, you'll be greeted by a stunning dining area, complete with large SmartTV, fully-stocked kitchen, and wall "fireplace" (provides real heat!). On the ground floor are 3 spacious bedrooms: 2 with queen-sized beds and one with bunks. There is a full bathroom with shower-tub combo and laundry facilities downstairs as well. Travel up to the second floor to discover your main living area with workspace, wetbar, TV, and table with a chess set! The master bedroom is right off the living space and has a walk-in closet, balcony, and en-suite bathroom with a larger shower-tub combo. Now comes the best part! Head out the sliding glass doors and relax on the wonderful outdoor furinture set -- you'll be able to catch that signature Southern California beach breeze. What could be better? Oh, a STUNNING ROOFTOP DECK maybe?! Climb up the final flight of stairs for incredible ocean views from our massive rooftop deck. You can dine, drink, relax and barbecue with our top-notch gas grill, all while watching a breathtaking cotton-candy sunset. Don't miss out on making this truly magical space yours!



Guest Access:

Guest access is completely contactless. You will be given a door code 2 days prior to check-in, and if you need anything, Vacation Rentals By Aaron is available 24/7!



The Neighborhood:

OB is the hippest and most "neighborly" of San Diego's beach communities. There is nothing quite like the non-corporate lifestyle of Ocean Beach. The locals here love OB for its eclectic community that supports a range of wonderful small shops, restaurants, bars and coffee houses. You will find some of the best food, drink and shopping in the local area. You are still removed enough to enjoy a more quiet, neighborhood experience, while still being close enough to enjoy the night life of OB. All of OB is accessible on foot from this location. So enjoy and take it all in!



Getting Around:

There are 3 parking spots (2 SUVs) in the driveway. Street parking is also free and unregulated in the neighborhood.



Other Things to Note:

Pets welcome! There is a $150 pet fee. We don't allow cats in this property.



Beach Equipment: despite the inclusion of snorkeling gear, we do not offer it at our rentals

Interaction with Guests:

Check-in is virtual, as you'll be provided with a digital Guest Portal and a personalized door code. Vacation Rentals by Aaron is a full-service property management company, and will be available 24-7 in case you need anything during your stay.
