Perfekt für unterhaltsam, dieses schöne und geräumige 4 Schlafzimmer, 4 Bäder Wohnung verfügt über gewölbte Decken, eine schöne Steinmauer mit Holzkamin, ein helles Wohnzimmer mit herrlichem Blick auf die Berge, eine separate voll Bartresen mit Kartentisch, 5 Flachbild-TV, 2 Stereoanlagen, eine große Terrasse und formale Essbereich mit Platz für sechs Personen. Einheit kommt sogar mit WiFi! Die voll ausgestattete Küche ist mit eigenen Geräten, Fußböden, Arbeitsplatten, Schränke umgebaut und verfügt sogar über eine Keurig (Hülsen nicht enthalten).

Das Gerät verfügt über eine Split-Level-Grundriss mit einem Master-Schlafzimmer auf der obersten Etage, zusammen mit Küche / Wohn / Esszimmer und drei Schlafzimmer in der unteren Etage. Das Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, einen Flachbild-TV und ein eigenes Bad. Das zweite Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett mit eigenem Bad mit Doppelwaschtisch, Dusche und Badewanne. Das dritte Schlafzimmer hat ein Doppelbett, Flatscreen-TV und eigenem Bad mit Doppelwaschtisch. Das vierte Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett, einen Flachbild-TV und ein eigenes Bad.

Dieses Gerät verfügt über alles, einschließlich einer vorderen Eingangsbereich mit Skiraum und Wärmebank für die Erwärmung die Stiefel für den nächsten Tag auf der Piste nach oben! Very comfortable for our family of 6!

This place worked out great for our family of 6--my husband and me, my sister and her two sons (ages 7 and 10), and my dad. Everyone had their own room and own bathroom. Dining area was perfect with a big beautiful window and plenty of seating. Also very comfy living room for us all to hang out. Cute decor too. Two small things that would improve the place--need better chairs on the deck. Two were broken (and according to other reviews maybe have been broken for a while?).We brought out out own camping chairs but for the price of this place, quality deck furniture would be nice. We also had trouble with the TV in the living room--small thing but we were hoping to use the other HDMI input but couldn't because the TV remote is missing. Overall, great stay. Nice location, pretty view, spacious home. Thank you!

Nice but needs some necessary attention

Great location, nice comfortable bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Communication with property manager was excellent and they are eager to please. Unfortunately, 2 bedrooms were missing window screens making it uncomfortable during our hot summer stay. The stove needs to be serviced (fraying). The internet was unreliable making work difficult and while there are nice TV’s there was no cable/ satellite. Time to upgrade to Smart TVs. (Which won’t help if they don’t deal with the internet). We would be happy to stay again if the issues above are resolved.

Mammoth Lakes is a rural town, and unfortunately, there is only one internet provider for the entire town, WiFi can be spotty. Typically people escape to Mammoth to play in the outdoors instead of on the internet. Thank you for bringing the missing window screens to our attention. We can certainly have them ordered. As for the TVs, we will let the owners know about your suggestion. Wood stoves are serviced once a year generally before the winter season starts, the fraying you report doesn't make the stove inoperable; however, this will be addressed. Good Potential....but needs TLC

Great view and good layout for 4 couples with each bedroom having private bath.....BUT it is close but a good hike to Canyon lodge up and down 150+ stairs. Certainly not practical in ski boots carrying skis. There were a number of issues with the property that compromised our stay: * The furnace was not working the first day due to a extremely dirty filter that shut the unit down and sounded an alarm *Multiple light bulbs were out including the one that lights the stairs which was somewhat dangerous in the dark *The one of the sinks had a disconnected drain pipe which poured water all over the floor. *There was at least one mouse in the unit which chewed into a boot bag and kept some of us up for hours trying to locate it. * The fan in the upstairs bathroom is incredibly loud and should be replaced. Mammoth Reservations was very responsive and accommodating including bringing portable heaters the first night when the furnace was not operating.

ROOM with a VIEW!

Wonderful to have 4 bedrooms with private in-suite baths. Plenty of room for our 3 sons and their ladies. Truly enjoyed the nice view off of the large deck and the bonus of a BBQ. Kitchen was nicely appointed. Had a great time and would stay again with the family.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a perfect place for our families to enjoy the ski weekend. It was in very good overall condition, clean, spacious, well-appointed with newer furniture and fixtures and entertainment, fireplace, etc. Our only challenge with it was that its at the top of a very steep hill and it was a record snow day which made it hard to reach with our vehicle (even with chains on). Luckily the management company did a FANTASTIC job of helping us reach the unit, with Sara showing up at 1200 midnight to rescue us and take us up to the unit in her 4x4. She was amazing and even shoveled the walkway for us. The maintenance team also responded very quickly to a minor request which was quickly remedied. Thanks for an excellent stay!

Deceptive .....

Overall the condo itself was fine. The photos and description of its proximity to Canyon lodge is deceptive. It is NOT 0.1 mile from the nearest lift unless you walk down a slippery steep snow covered mountain. The photo makes it look likes it’s a short walk on a flat road. Nope! Your choice is the mountain, 3-4 steep staircases down to the road and a 0.4 mile walk after that or walk down a Very steep road about 0.3 miles to the main road and then walk about 0.5 miles to Canyon Lodge. The kitchen had a drawer missing, just thrown on top of the refrigerator, the coffee maker was broken and there are not enough dishes. The unit is supposed to sleep eight people yet it only had five bowls, some people ate out of pans so we could eat together. Also, mismatched numbers of plates etc. Weird looking trap in living room. I guess for rodent problem. I rent often and I won’t choose to rent this unit again. I would not recommend if you want easy access to Canyon Lodge.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I loved this condo in every way except that it was a bit of a trek to get to Canyon Lodge. If we had a reserved locker at Canyon (they were sold out), it would not have been so bad. But walking with gear to the hill was not easy. The kids managed better than the middle aged adults and found a way to ski almost to our door. However, they still had to walk with gear in the am unless we took a car. Otherwise, the condo was super comfy, well appointed and had a nice view.

Squirrels inside the unit!

It satisfies our needs as we are 8 fishermen as we visit numerous lakes during our stay. However, we need to ask that the patio chairs be replaced. The ones there are cheap vinyl, very flimsy, and do not support a person. Also, the heavy machinery construction that was going on in the tennis court area created excess noise and dust continuously. We should have been told before we rented concerning this construction.

We are sorry about the construction on the nearby tennis courts, unfortunately they are part of a neighboring complex so we were not notified of their schedule.
