Gut: Sauberkeit, Ausstattung, Zustand der Unterkunft und Kommunikation
The house we rented was in a fantastic spot with a beautiful ocean view. We loved its location, which was close to the local marina and just a short drive from Botanical Beach.
The only slight disappointment was the condition of the furniture and the cleanliness. We understand that late August is a very busy time with many visitors and limited cleaning staff, but we hope this can be improved in the future.
The letter we received from Handsome Dan’s was incredibly helpful. All of their recommendations were accurate, especially the tips about food, transportation, and day trips. Port Renfrew is a very small village, and we quickly learned how limited the options are at the local market. We arrived with a car full of groceries, which was a good thing since the food for our three teenagers only lasted a couple of days.
We would highly recommend this house to families who appreciate quiet places, enjoy cooking at home, and love exploring the ocean, beaches, lakes, rivers, and old-growth forests. It's also the perfect place for anyone who enjoys fishing.
