Comfortable studio with great lighting right under the Osp climbing rock. Everything you need just 30 meters from the great rock Osp. Sunny terrace and nearby parking lot with easy access (no stairs).
The loccation -still in the centre of the village but behind the house ( appartment ), just 30 m is the rock. Very peaceful area. Great view and nice to relax.
Guest access
Guest will use the apartment, terrace ( shared with the owner), parking. If someone will come with the bike I will let use the garage.

The apartment is located in the oldest village in Slovenia, best known for its climbing wall. Located in the center of the village, but right behind the apartment is a world-famous climbing area.
Surrounded by nature, it offers incredible views of the Osp Wall and the Osp Valley, forests, vineyards.
It is extremely interesting for climbers, hikers ( lots of footpaths) , cyclists, or for those who arrive by car, as it has a very good strategic location to visit other places in Slovenia, Coroatia ( 20 km away), Italy( 5 km away).

The apartment is located in the centre of village in the last line and the climbing wall is right behind the house, so it perfect for climbers. The apartment is also perfect for people who would like to have peaceful and like to spend time in the nature. If you are coming with the bike, I will let you use our garage. Jacuzzi is avaiable free of charge under own risk and responsibility of the users with respect of the general pool safety and hygienic standards & with permission and is avaible when is nice warm weather.
The forest is one minute away walking from the apartment and you can reach Socerb by walking (1 hour or 4,1 km).1 The big shopping canter (Monte d' Oro) is 5 km and a restaurant 300 m (Agri tourism). The apartment is good if you would like to visit also other places like: Slovenian coast, Koper (15 km), Ankaran (15 km), Izola (21 km), Piran (32 km) or Slovenian well known Postojna cave (50 km) main city Ljubljana (96,6 km). The village is on the board with Italy, so Mugggia is (5 km), Trieste centre (15km) and Venice (180 km) Croatia, Umag (42 km), Opatija (62 km).
