Spacious one bedroom oceanfront apartment

Enjoy an oceanfront stay in this spacious one bedroom apartment. The kitchen, living and dining area open up to a large private patio where you can sit and enjoy the sights, sounds and breezes from the ocean. Your private patio looks out over the tropical garden that is in our gated property. This apartment has a private entrance and is on the ground floor of a two floor villa.
The bedroom has a queen sized bed. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking and eating utensils. There is a gas grill for your use on your patio. We provide bottled water.
Our pool is the perfect place to relax and watch the beautiful sunsets that this area offers.
The complex is directly on the beach and the ocean is a few steps through our gate . You can enjoy walks on the beach or sit under our private cabana that is a few steps from the shoreline. We provide sun umbrellas, beach towels and beach chairs for your use. There are also two kayaks and a paddle board for our guests to use.
We are situated between two small towns that are each a 10-15 min walk away. They each offer a variety of restaurants and food markets to explore. There are pickle ball and tennis courts close by.
We are about a one hr drive north of the Puerto Vallarta airport.
