The Tip’Sea Turtle Port A Beach House is a 4BR/3BA, three-story home in a highly sought-after beachfront community in Port Aransas, just one block from the beach with an easy boardwalk walkover for direct access to the shore. Enjoy the island’s highest observation deck, offering breathtaking ocean-to-bay views—especially stunning at sunrise and sunset. The home also features a private pool, spacious backyard, full-size washer and dryer, WiFi, and is pet-friendly with a fee. Sleeps 12 and is located in the golf-cart zone. COPASTR: 200-098-172
The Tip'Sea Turtle Port A Beach House exceeds all of your expectations from the moment you drive up with parking space for 5.
This street boasts lots of palm trees and is a cul-de-sac, so there’s little traffic — great for children at play! Take a short walk to Beach Marker 16 on Port Aransas Beach, or hop in your golf cart and be there in minutes.
At the Tip'Sea Turtle, you'll have a large private pool, cabana, spacious and well landscaped yard with a grill, huge picnic table, loungers, ping pong table (bring your paddles and balls), fire pit, and party lights! The outdoor area at Tip'Sea Turtle is hard to beat with all of the beautiful and convenient amenities the owners have provided for guests!
With 3 levels and front and back balconies, you'll be catching sunsets in the front and sunrises in the back — and you can hear the waves from either one! This area is a hot spot for vacationers because it’s just a block from the beach and close to all the activity on 11th Street (including a few skydivers). You’re one block from Beach Access Rd, so you can easily walk or hop in your golf cart and be on the sand in 2–3 minutes — everything you need is within 5 minutes!
Guests can rent a golf cart from Coastal Eds! We encourage you to book the golf cart with Coastal Eds as soon as possible, we cannot guarantee availability if you choose to delay booking.
You will feel welcomed to the Tip'Sea Turtle when you open the front door to a beautiful entry way, head straight to the back door to enjoy the luxurious backyard area, or step into the heated and cooled fun space in the garage for games, or pick your room (Bunk Room with 4 twins or a Queen Room with Queen Bed and 2 twins, bunk style), a full bath is also on this bottom floor.
Heading up to the 2nd floor, enjoy a large common area to include a beautifully and thoughtfully designed chef's kitchen for guests who love to prep, cook, serve and dine kitchen style around the island. Or enjoy the oversized dining space for family meals.
The utility closet has a large capacity washer & dryer, available for guest use. Guests will have access to a broom, mop and some basic cleaning supplies as well.
The living space, perfectly designed and comfortably furnished seats your family and friends for TV watching, napping and visiting. And for those who want to feel the sea breeze, step right out onto the balcony.
Tip'Sea Turtle boasts gorgeous decor with several pieces of artwork and photos from Port A!

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
