Diese großzügige Villa macht ihrem Namen alle Ehre: Auf der Terrasse des Swimmingpools sitzt man immer in einer karibischen Brise mit tollem Meerblick.

Diese moderne, elegant eingerichtete Villa für 8 Personen mit einem weitläufigen, vollständig ummauerten Garten liegt nur 8 Gehminuten vom Strand von Jan Thiel Beach entfernt. Bis zu 4 Autos können auf dem Gelände hinter dem Elektrozaun geparkt werden.

Die Villa selbst besteht aus 2 Etagen. Im Erdgeschoss finden Sie 4 geräumige Schlafzimmer und jedes Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein eigenes Badezimmer mit WC en-suite. Im ersten Stock befindet sich das Wohnzimmer mit offener Küche. Die Küche ist einfach, verfügt aber über alles, was Sie zum Zubereiten einer köstlichen Mahlzeit benötigen. Dort finden Sie auch den Swimmingpool mit einer großzügigen Poolterrasse mit Sonnenliegen und auf dieser Ebene können Sie am Tisch im Freien ein köstliches BBQ genießen und die untergehende Sonne genießen. Selbstverständlich steht Ihnen in der gesamten Villa eine gute Reichweite des kostenlosen WLAN-Anschlusses zur Verfügung.

Der Strand von Jan Thiel Beach ist fußläufig erreichbar und hier können Sie den Strand, die vielen Wassersportmöglichkeiten, die Restaurants und die Happy Hours genießen. Hier finden Sie auch einen guten europäischen Supermarkt.

Great house, lovely neighborhood

We loved our house for this trip, it was in a great neighborhood, easy check in and great communication with the house manager. I would highly recommend staying here.

Great home for family vacation!

We had a great time on our vacation in Curacao, and it was made even better with our home away from home. The house was very clean and well maintained, and the property managers were very responsive if we had any questions. The pool was clean, and it was perfect for the kids to play in while the adults cooked dinner. It was also great to have to cool down in Curacao's hot sun! You can see the ocean from the deck. The property is a short walk to the Jan Thiel resort area where there are restaurants, shops, and a grocery store. The only negative (and it is a very minor negative) was that there was no hand soap, no dish soap, no paper towels or any other similar supplies when we arrived (except a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom). Of the many rental properties I've stayed in over the years, there are usually basic supplies available. With that small exception, this home was amazing!

Ok stay at Jan Thies

First of all great communcation with Monique leading up to our stay. We where well informed and taken care of. They prepared groceries at our arrival and made us feel welcome. The house was nice and clean but we do have some comments for improvement. The house is crazy warm and zero ventilation in the main living area so prepare to sit outside at all times. Can be a bit annoying with mosquitoes in the evening. Its no AC in main floor just a fan. But outside areas are nice and clean. For the basement bedrooms its very moist and a constant smell of mold and moist. This was not nice and was adressed but not replied. If we where traveling for hollidays with families we would never accept this smell but as we where travveling for work we survived. It was obvious watermarks and moist damages in the basement around the toilett. This resulted that we had to use the AC daytime to keep the moist and smell away resulted in a 600 USD electricity bill. Despite the nice location and property managers and generall clenyness of the house we would not book this house for a future stay in the island.

Dear Martin, sorry to hear that you had some issues. Due to the heavy rain that lasted for 2 weeks before you came many houses had some problems. The villa's are all build for sunny and warm weather. As soon as the rain season starts moisture problems can occur and it gets very warm and humid on the island and in the houses. I'm sure the problems you mentioned are related to the extreme rainfall and time of the year and you were our guest. We want to thank you again for your stay and wish you all the best. Tolles Haus mit mittelmäßiger Ausstattung

Das Haus ist schön gelegen mit einem teilweise Meerblick. Die Zimmeraufteilung ist sehr gut, 4 fast gleivgroße Zimmer mit Bad. Die Betreuung vor Ort ist perfekt. Die Ausstattung ist für ein Ferienhaus ok, aber etwas billig im Vergleich zur Optik des Hauses. Zu Fuß zum Strand oder Tauchcenter ist möglich, aber beschwerlich. Der Supermarkt ist gut ausgestattet, die Restaurants in der Nähe super. Das Haus ist absolut empfehlenswert!

Bare necessities

This house is sparsely furnished and not air conditioned except for the bedrooms. Nothing is included: we bought salt and pepper, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. It is blazing hot day and night in the house, flies everywhere because all the windows are open with no shades or drapes. The beach is a hot 10 minute walk; return is straight uphill in the heat and then no a/c to cool off. Small kitchen with nothing left for us. Bedrooms are tiny, unfurnished and dark. Would have given a score of one star, but location to market and beach were easily drive able.

Dear Shelly, Sorry to hear your stay in Villa Caribbean Breeze has been disappointing. We will act on your feedback Toilet paper should be present on arrival, enough for at the very least the first night. As for the salt/pepper, paper towels etc. We offered a grocery service to buy the necessities as we do for all our guests. You replied that you would do this yourself when you arrived on the island. We will make it more apparent that there is no airconditioning in the Villa other than in the bedrooms. Perhaps the note "In all bedrooms" isn't clear enough. This is the situation for 90% of the rental properties you will find on Curacao as electricity is rather expensive. Unfortuantly we cannot control the weather and the warm temperatures are a big reason most people visit the island. It is clearly stated there is an 8 minute walk to the beach, we will adjust this to 10 minutes as we can understand not everybody walks at the same pase. As for your feedback about the kitchen, bedrooms and furniture (or lack thereof). The Villa is exactly the way it is in the pictures, so there should be no surprises when our guests arrive. We update these pictures every year to make sure the way we represent the Villa online is similar if not identical to the way it is in person. Regards, Monique

Tranquil Getaway

This was a wonderful property nicely situated in a residential community, close to beach access, restaurants and groceries. Beautiful views of the ocean and an inviting pool were welcome on the hot days of June. The house was clean and well-maintained and accurately represented. The fully functional kitchen - though without any basic condiments or an ice maker - allowed for meal preparation. This house provided an ideal place for family to meet up and enjoy the tropical climate of Curacao.

The location of villa Caribbean Breeze is perfect. You can walk to the beach of Jan Thiel in just 8 minutes with all its restaurants, beach bars and an excellent supermarket. There is also a nice gym (the challenge) for the sporty guest where you can take out a holiday subscription. For divers there is a good diving school where you can rent your equipment and test it on Jan Thiel's beautiful house reef.

Villa Caribbean Breeze is a beautiful, well-maintained villa with everything one needs for a perfect holiday. The 4 bedrooms all have a full bathroom en suite so lots of privacy for all guests. The swimming pool and the living area are on the first floor, which gives you a beautiful view of the area and you can enjoy the warm breeze.
