We appreciate you taking the time to provide feedback on your stay. However, we must address several points that require clarification and correction. Firstly, the security camera in the backyard is a safety feature. It is positioned to monitor both entrances to the home, ensuring the security of the property and, by extension, our guests. Your concern about the unlocked bathroom window highlights the importance of such security measures which will be fixed. The outdoor camera's presence is not intended to make anyone uncomfortable, but to enhance overall safety. Regarding the pool, you were informed that it was scheduled for cleaning when you arrived and we did not receive communication from you about the disapproval. If so, we would have rescheduled it. We acknowledge your comments regarding the cleaning mishaps, including the sock, t-shirt, and stained sheets. These are unacceptable and will be addressed immediately with our cleaning company to ensure such oversights do not recur. We appreciate you taking the initiative to clean the sheets yourself. While we are pleased you found the pictures accurate, the TV and sound system enjoyable, and the beds comfortable, we understand the 'ok' review with the displeasures you faced. We will be taking steps to improve our cleaning processes and hope future guests understand the necessity of the security cameras in the front and back of the property.
