The cameras that are mentioned are all on the exterior of the property, unfortunately it's the world we live in today plus the fact that the vacation rental is in a secluded area with no occupied houses around it. The cameras are Disclosed ahead of time in item number eight of the check-in instructions. There are no cameras on the interior of the house. Spiders and cobwebs are a never-ending battle on lakefront properties, our cleaning crew addresses this each and every time that they are there please refer to our ratings and our reviews to see that cleanliness and tidiness are often mentioned in our four and five star reviews. potential guest should also note that in our reviews security cameras are mentioned nowhere.

Thank you for your kind words and we are glad that you had what you describe as a fantastic time. We immediately Took action on the three things we could actually do something about. In our description and our welcoming instructions we will note the three restaurants that are within 10 minutes of the home so guests are aware. thank you for noting the cleanliness of the house, that is something we take great pride in, the cobwebs outside are always an issue when you are dealing with lakefront property and lighting, we will be instructing our cleaning crew to please make a point of removing all visible cobwebs outside the house especially near the seating areas but those pesky little things usually spin a new Webb overnight. We do appreciate you bringing to our attention that a hot tub was listed among the amenities, we have no idea how that got there but it has already been removed. once again thank you for staying with us and we are glad you enjoyed your stay. Thank you for staying with us, out here in the country the cobwebs and door jams can be addressed almost daily it's a constant battle and we have already notified our cleaning team that we must do better. We feel your frustration with the Internet reliability and our glad you were able to make it work out, out here we only have a Wi-Fi hotspot and rely on cellular service, we are working diligently to find a way to make the Internet service more reliable.
