I am sorry and surprised to see this negative review. I did offer to send someone out right away to help with the issue with the dishwasher. Which you said you were fine without. After your visit I ran the dishwasher to freshen it up but it was fine There may have been some mineral deposits on some glasses due to the fact that we have Well Water, which is delicious water, but it does have the possibility of leaving some deposits on dishes or glasses at times and I offered you a refund of some money for your inconvenience which you also Declined Possibly there are hard feelings regarding when I inquired about the need for extra garbage runs needed by the trash pick up company a couple of times during your stay and the problem with not understanding that the trash pick up truck needs access to get to the house and you constantly blocking the access which has never been a problem with any other guests before so I did need to ask you numerous times to leave access for trash pick up but the alternative would be no trash pick up so I was hoping you would understand and not have to make the garbage truck go backwards down the mountain again Also as well as needing to get you to take the trash from your home that you had on your truck to try and leave for me to take for you 🤷‍♀️ really ????but rather you stated that it irritated you that I was trying to deal with Your trash to be picked up so I am not sure what you would have had me do other than ask and explain politely I also offered to pay for the extra attempt by the company to get your trash I do want to mention that I give all my guests the door code in plenty of time so they get into the house on time so to be clear to address that portion of your complaints Wishing you the best!
