Welcome to The Rose Cottage, a bright and spacious fully renovated poolside home and peaceful retreat in the hills of Los Angeles! Relax in an idyllic setting, surrounded by nature and hiking trails, yet under a mile from shops and restaurants, and under 15 min to Beverly Hills!

The space
The Rose Cottage at is a gorgeous Modern English Storybook Cottage, set In beautiful nature, yet in the heart of Los Angeles .

Enter to a private landscaped patio. Enter the front door and you will be amazed by the 15 ft high pitched ceilings, and oversized windows flooding the room with light.

The TV is a 52” LG OLED smart TV, with all major streaming services (Hulu, HBO, Netflix, etc).

Relax in the king sized bed with fresh cotton linens.

The kitchenette includes a teal retro mini refrigerator and freezer, Jonathan Adler designed Keurig Coffee Maker with complimentary coffee, microwave, and more!

There is a dining table looking out to the the beautiful backyard and pool.

There is also a desk, perfect to work from home!

There is a hanging wardrobe with plenty of space to unpack your clothing. As well as iron and ironing board.

The en-suite bathroom includes vanity with mirror, and approx 3’x3’ stall shower. There are plenty of fresh towels, ample storage space, soap, shampoo, blow dryer, and more!

A Peloton bike is available for use upon request. (Bring your own cycling shoes.). Please request prior to checkin.

Open the back door to your poolside patio, with four lounge chairs perfect for sunbathing, and a beautiful lemon tree.

Other things to note
Please note, this is a 100% smoking, drug and party-free house!

Pool hours are 10am to 8pm. Please use caution while swimming, as there is no lifeguard on duty. Swimming while under the influence is not allowed. Swim at your own risk, owner is not liable.

The pool is not usually heated, but is a good temperature for swimming in the warm spring and summer months. In fall and winter, pool can be heated by request for $150/day.

Guest suite is always a nice temperature controlled by central HVAC (63 to 76 degrees). If you would like to control the temp yourself, there will be an extra $75/day fee to use the separate HVAC system.

You may occasionally see maintenance workers (gardner, poolman) or cleaners on the property.

Friendly dogs live in the main house next door and have their own private yard. You may occasionally hear them .

You may bring 1 small dog under 45lbs for an additional $150 per stay. Dogs must be potty trained and house trained. Please let us know in advance if you plan on bringing a pet, so we can prepare.

Exterior of property has security cameras for safety purposes. (There are no interior cameras).

Fireplace is decorative only, not to be used.

Please note, the property is surrounded by nature, and backs up to a state park and nature reserve. It is common to see wildlife around the property.
