As you step into the apartment, a spacious entrance hall welcomes you, leading directly to the lower level. Here, you'll find the living area and the third bedroom.
The open-plan kitchen, raised and seamlessly integrated with the inviting lounge and dining room, provides a cozy space for evenings spent with friends and family. The first private balcony offers spectacular views and is the perfect place to start up the barbeque.
Effortlessly prepare delicious meals on the modern stove and state-of-the-art appliances, and savor intimate dinners at the generous six-seater dining table. Enjoy the convenience of a snug ¾ bed in the third bedroom, along with a separate guest loo.
On the second level, discover the two main bedrooms, both facing the sea and offering direct access to the shared balcony. One bedroom boasts an en-suite bathroom, while the other enjoys access to a separate full bathroom. Step out onto the expansive balcony and relish the breath-taking summer sunsets that grace Cape Town's Atlantic Sea Board shoreline.
