1041 Lawton is a 107-year-old home located in Historic Oakland City. It has been completely renovated but retains its old house charm. As one of the many officially designated historic neighborhoods in Atlanta, Oakland City became part of Atlanta in 1910. The Westside Trail, part of Atlanta’s famed Beltline, is nearby and provides more than 4 miles of multi-use trail that stitches together some of Atlanta’s oldest and most historic neighborhoods. This location is only minutes from downtown Atlanta, Atlanta University Center, Mercedes Benz Stadium (Home of the Falcons), Georgia State University, Phillips Arena, Atlanta’s Hartsfield/Jackson Airport, and many, many more.

• Check-in is at 3 pm or later. Early check-ins after 1 pm or super early check-ins before 1 pm can be reserved, as available in advance for a fee.

• Check-out is at 11 am. A late check-out can be arranged at least 3 days before check-out and are subject to availability. The late check out fee will be charged per every hour past 11 am.
