An outdoor enthusiast's paradise awaits at this three-story Park City townhome, unbeatably located a short stroll from the lifts in Canyons Village. Even the grounds are an epicenter of activity, offering seasonal amenities that include two swimming pools, a wading pool, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, a dry sauna, a picnic area, a horseshoe pit, and courts for tennis, pickleball, and volleyball.
This 2,196-square-foot townhouse boasts a prime location, within a half-mile walk of practically everything in Canyons Village. Wander over to the Cabriolet Lift, the Red Pine Gondola, the Canyons Golf Course, and an array of restaurants, shops, and apres-ski spots. Back at the house, you'll have boot and glove warmers and two closets for storing your skis and boards.
The house is beautifully decorated in modern-mountain style, with elements of stone, warm wood, and southwest-inspired textiles throughout. The main living area is illuminated by a wall of glass, creating a wonderful space to play board games, watch movies (via cable and streaming), and toast your toes by the gas fireplace. Enjoy a well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances (and a Keurig for your coffee), both a breakfast bar and a dining room table, and a desk workspace where you can log onto the complimentary WiFi.
At night, there are two bedrooms on the lower level, a bunk room on the main floor, and a primary suite with a gas fireplace upstairs - each room paired with an en suite bathroom. Central air and a washer/dryer are provided for your comfort as well.
Things to Know
The community amenities are open seasonally, from Memorial Day until Labor Day, some select September weekends, and from the Friday after Thanksgiving through mid-April. They are closed from mid-April through Memorial Day and from the day after Labor Day to Thanksgiving. Dates are subject to change.
Stairs are required to access the home.
Check-in time: 4:00 PM.
Check-out time: 10:00 AM.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Ski shuttle details: Citywide Transit Center is available all year and the Canyon Village Connect Service (in the winter season.)
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
