1. Golden rule: Treat our property how you’d like yours to be treated, and treat your neighbors how you’d like to be treated.
- Our floors and carpets are super clean. PLEASE REMOVE YOUR SHOES.
- Please be mindful when eating in the living room or bedroom. Clean up any spills and don’t leave food or dirty dishes out for long periods, to help keep our property pest free.
- Quiet Hours are from 10pm – 8am.

2. You must be 25 years or older to book the apartment. As a part of this booking we are required to get the photo ID of each guest in this building. Children are welcome! Children must always be under the supervision of an adult (18+).

3. NO SMOKING OR VAPING anywhere in the apartment or on complex property. NO ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES OR ACTIVITY on the premises. There is a minimum fine of $500 per occurrence.

4. NO PETS, unless explicitly agreed upon. Minimum $200 fine.

5. Please follow our Check-In time of 4pm and Check-Out time of 10am. Guests that do not check-out on time may be charged $50 in hourly increments, at the discretion of Grand Road.
- You can apply for early check-in or late check-out; if granted, the fee is $30 dollars.

6. Damage / Loss: If you damage or lose anything, please let us know so we can repair or replace it.
- LOST KEY FOB is $150.
- LOST PARKING PASS IS $250.
- If we need to replace linens or towels due to damage, there is a minimum fee of $30.
- Damage due to bodily waste has a $100 minimum additional cleaning charge.

7. You are welcome to entertain up to 2 guests per apartment, but please respect your neighbors.
- NO PARTIES. If you want to have more guests, contact Grand Road to rent a common area for entertainment and hosting of a larger group.
- If you have an unapproved party, there is a minimum fine of $1000. You also agree to pay any additional fines associated with the party, that may be levied on Grand Road by the apartment management and/or other authorities.

8. All overnight guests must be included in the booking. If you have an additional guest, contact us, or make an alteration request and we’ll be happy to include them for the platform prices.
- If any unregistered guest(s) stay overnight in the apartment there will be a $100 fine PER PERSON.

9. Resident amenities such as the pool, gym, conference & common areas, etc., may be unavailable due to maintenance, repair, or other reasons at the sole discretion of apartment management. All guests acknowledge that Grand Road does not control the availability of the complex’s amenities and guests are not entitled to refunds or discounts based on availability of amenities.

10. Grand Road or the apartment management may enter the property in cases where it is urgently necessary to maintain/repair the property, address a safety issue, or comply with local, state, or federal law. Otherwise, Grand Road and apartment maintenance will seek & receive permission from the guest before entering.

11. DO NOT CONTACT THE APARTMENT COMPLEX MANAGEMENT FOR ANY REASON, they will only work with us.

Loved the pool and jacuzzi on rooftop! It was clean, and beds were comfortable. It is easy to walk or uber to several restauarants and the convention center. It was also great to have an assigned parking spot in the garage. The view is not great, but nice enough. I would stay there again or recommend to others.

More affordable and more comfortable than a hotel

Great place. Clean. Comfortable. Biggest problem was that Uber drivers could never find us. We eventually figured out that it was best to book the Uber when we were at the entrance (even though this wasted our time). I wish it was closer to downtown/Salt Palace area so that we could have walked. The hosts were amazing! I've never had hosts reply as quickly and thoroughly as Grand Road did.

Amazing!

Such an amazing place to stay! We came to town to attend a concert and this apartment was just what we needed. It was in the perfect location and so clean and comfortable. We laid by the rooftop pool all day and it was amazing! Will definitely stay here again the next time we’re in SLC!

We had a fantastic stay at this Salt Lake City apartment! The space was exactly as described—clean, modern, and very comfortable. After spending our days exploring the city and hiking in the nearby mountains, it was the perfect way to unwind. Wonderful 2-bedroom condo

This two bedroom condo was exceptionally clean, the owners were responsive (within minutes), the check-in was easy and clear. Everything we needed was provided. It was modern and everything looked new. The grounds and common areas were clean, pool and hot tub were well-maintained. We stayed here with our two kids in order to visit my dad and his family. We initially chose it because it was close to Trolley Square with a Whole Foods and anything else we would need for the kids. But the kids ended up really enjoying the hot-tub with the majestic mountains in the background, plus year-round heated pool. This will definitely be our go-to rental when we visit the area again.

March Madness

We stayed here during the tournament. Not too far if you have to walk-about 30 minutes. We ended up getting a ride because there was some rain. The building was really nice. The pool was not very warm though. Overall, everything was easy and will keep this an option as we frequent SLC.
