Great Stay!

This apartment was exactly as listed. It is in a great location and it was very quiet. The kitchen was stocked with necessary spices and even both decaf and regular coffee. The bathrooms also had soap, shampoo, and conditioner which you don’t find often. We were pleasantly surprised by the outdoor heated pool and hot tub which were awesome after long days skiing! My only complaint was the bathroom lighting. It was very dim so we needed to use the portable mirror light to give us enough light.

Overall the rental was above average, several things need to be addressed by owners. the lighting in the bathrooms is inadequate. Vent with light should be installed in both. The living room could use end tables for drinks/books etc. There is little dresser drawer storage in the bedrooms for unpacking, everything goes on the floor or on a shelf in the closet. The kitchen is well equipped, the secured parking is great. Ask your cleaning crew to clean out the mold in the washer rubber gasket with bleach. The apartments musty smell comes from the washer in tghe closet

The apartment was clean, beds were very comfortable, and all the amenities was an added perk. We rarely saw anyone at the gym and maybe a few people at the pool each time we went. Location is close walking distance to restaurants and attractions in the city. I would definitely stay here again.

SLC nice place to visit

Condo was nice, but check-in was a bit later than scheduled due to lack of cleaning from previous guests. Location was nice and we enjoyed SLC, in particular Antelope Island.

Great stay!

Overall we really enjoyed this property. We were able to check in earlier than 3pm which was a big plus. Rooms are spacious and everything was very clean. The neighborhood itself wasn’t the best for casual strolling, but we were only a 5 min Uber ride to more desirable locations. In the end we lived under the “it’s still a city” mindset. The apartment was very secure, both a door pose to the building and to the apartment. We did find that the hairdryer was broken when we arrived, but not a big deal as there was a Walgreens right next door. We really enjoyed this stay!

A sound's loudness is measured in decibels (dB). Normal conversation is about 60 dB, a lawn mower is about 90 dB, and a loud rock concert is about 120 dB. This device is set to notify you by text if noise goes over 75 decibels for 10 minutes or more.
