Take a short walk to the water from the house to the lake to swim, boat, fish & kayak! Perfect SPACE for up to 8 people! Private Primary Bedroom w/ KING bed and bathroom. Take a 5 min drive to Nick's boat ramp to use your own boat or rental! 5 min drive to the State Lodge. Enjoy our large covered patio where u can relax, grill & play games! With lots of seating, fire pit, corn hole, and an outdoor TIKI bar, you’ll see why it’s our favorite spot! Plenty of parking to accommodate multiple vehicles. The State Lodge and boat ramp are also a 5 min drive from the house. If you prefer a beach with an easy swimming area, Laurel Branch Campground would be a great spot and is close by! With Seasonal Discount prices it's a great time to hit the hiking trails, do some fishing and hunting and simply get away! The fall foliage is BEAUTIFUL!

The Neighborhood:
Pine Ridge is situated in the heart of Rough River in the Axtel area. You will be a short drive from restaurants, golf courses, boat ramps, public beaches and grocery stores. A gravel road off a quite street leads you to the to house. Retreat from it all and spend your time tucked away. Fun laid back neighborhood with friendly neighbors!

TWO dogs max are allowed. Your dogs must ALWAYS be with you and leashed outdoors.

Note: Docks not accessible after October 15. Kayaking and swimming not available during winter months.
