Nestled within a quaint community of 10 cabins, the resort offers a range of amenities, including a seasonal pool, a charcoal grilling station with a picnic table, and a playground for the little ones. * A security deposit of 300.00 will not be charged at time of booking and will be placed as a hold until check-out
* We have a strict check-in 4:00 PM and check-out 10:00 AM policy because of the thorough cleaning process performed between guest stays.
* No parties or events are allowed
* No Pets are allowed, a special cleaning fee will be charged of $400 in order to clean for next guests and we may ask you to kindly leave without a refund.
* Hot tub use at your own risk, please research Hot Tub health concerns prior to usage.
* NO SMOKING, VAPING, or DRUG use inside cabin. An additional cleaning fee of $300 will be added if smoked inside cabin.
* Maximum guests allowed is 12. You will be kindly asked to leave without a refund if more than maximum allowed stays at the cabin.
* The driveway can handle up to 3 vehicles, additional parking may be available depending on occupancy of other cabins in the resort, but only 3 is guaranteed.
* Do not unplug electronics such as wifi/internet or TV/cable entertainment components
* A security flood light/camera is located on front porch entry and rear of cabin for guest safety. Do not cover or tamper.
* No open fires such as candles or personal grills, $100 will be charged if any open fires are detected
* Travel Insurance highly recommended
