Nestled in the heart of the breathtaking Cumberland Plateau, our thoughtfully designed studio suite offers you a cozy retreat surrounded by nature's beauty. Whether you're seeking a peaceful getaway or a base for outdoor adventures, this charming space provides the perfect blend of comfort, charm and convenience.

The Space
This freshly remodeled studio suite boasts modern aesthetics blended seamlessly with rustic charm. The open-concept layout creates a spacious feel, while large windows flood the space with natural light. Relax in the memory foam king-sized bed after a day of exploration, and unwind in the cozy living area with a smart TV for entertainment and a queen sofa bed if needed!

The suite is just steps away from the South Cumberland State Park Visitor's Center where you'll find some great hiking resources and insights. Some hikes to explore:
• Meadow Trail Hike - a short walk great for kids, just next door to the park
• Grundy Lakes - 5 miles away, 10 min by car
• Fiery Gizzard (lots of trails here) - 5 miles away, 12 min by car

• Well-equipped kitchenette with a mini-fridge, microwave, and drip coffee maker for your convenience.

For the convenience of our guests we have added a brand new kitchenette to the space that is stocked with kitchen essentials such as a mini fridge, microwave, hot plate, toaster, drip coffee maker, and magic bullet. This suite also has a full bathroom with a walk in shower.

Location
Located in the heart of Monteagle, you'll have easy access to a range of activities. Directly next to the Bear Hollow grounds sits the entrance to South Cumberland State Park and the Meadow Lake Trail district. Take a short drive to nearby hiking trails, including the famous Fiery Gizzard Trail, or explore the local shops and restaurants that add character to this charming town. Monteagle also offers a rich cultural experience with art galleries and historical sites.

Other Things to Note
• Check in is at 4 pm // Check out is at 10 am. If you're looking to check in early or check out late, we suggest booking the night before or after your arrival. Otherwise, to be considerate to other guests, we cannot guarantee that an early check in or late check out request will be accommodated. Feel free to arrive anytime after 4 pm.
• The suite is located on a space with other homes, cabins, an event center, and nature. We ask that you please be mindful of your neighbors; critters and humans alike!
• Regarding the unit: 4 people maximum. Towels & linen are provided (including bedding for the sofa bed). 4 rolls of toilet paper and 2 paper towel rolls are provided. Travel sized toiletries, a hairdryer, and handheld steamer are provided. The well-equipped kitchenette features a hot plate, mini refrigerator, and microwave. A drip coffee maker and basic kitchenware is also provided. Coffee grounds, creamer/sugar packets and filters provided. We also provide salt, pepper and cooking spray.
• There is no dishwasher, we ask our guests to kindly clean their dishes.
• There is no icemaker however ice trays are provided
• *Guests are responsible to provide any additional amenities or replenishments*
• We are currently in the process of redesigning and refreshing the different units and grounds, so you may notice vendors and delivery vehicles during the day.
