When visiting the Cowboy Capital of the World, this brand-new village offers it all: closeness to the nightlife and shopping of Bandera (Only 1 Block away from Main St!!), and access to the Medina River. But we take it one step further by adding a fun one-of-a-kind Glamping experience you'll never forget! With that said, we're delighted to present the "Mockingbird" Yurt!

"Mockingbird" is cozy and features high ceilings showcasing the beautiful wood and natural light from the Yurt design. It has an open-concept living space featuring a large and super comfortable Queen Sleeper Sofa and TV (Streaming with own account only- No Cable). Our Yurts have been designed to offer the amenities of the modern world (Wifi, Bathroom, Comfortable Beds, large Kitchenette, A/C & Heat) while still providing a simplistic connection to nature.

The "Kitchenette" provides a dining table with benches/chairs and almost everything a Full Kitchen would have! The "Galanz" Retro Refrigerator/Freezer along with the "Nostalgia" Retro Microwave and Toaster boasts an awesome look to the Kitchen giving it a unique but functional setting! It is also equipped with everything needed to prepare a delicious meal from the outdoor Argentine Gaucho Grill while gathering together including a Toaster Oven, Double Skillet Portable Cooktop, Keurig coffee maker, utensils, cups, wine glasses, plates, pots/pans (for Portable Cooktop), etc. We also provide a starter amount of Keurig coffee pods, sweeteners and creamers for you to enjoy.

The Master Bedroom has a plush and comfortable Queen Size bed and TV (Streaming only). You can see the clear dome from the bed which allows natural light to stream in during the day and a glimpse of the stars and moon at night before you drift off to sleep. Rainy nights in a Yurt are unlike any other! We also supply a variety of Card games for Family Fun Night!

The Second Bedroom features a Twin over Full Size Bunk Bed - perfect for the kiddos or adults alike to get a good nights sleep on the also super comfortable mattresses!! All linens and pillows are provided.

The Bathroom features a Shower, Toilet and Sink and all towels and rags are provided.

Step outside under the large Palapa covered porch where you'll find a delightful outdoor area designed for relaxation and entertainment. Grab a cup of coffee in the morning and listen to the birds chirp while relaxing in the cozy Wicker Hanging Swings or laid back in the Adirondack Bar Stools! The String Lights around the patio at night provide a peaceful atmosphere in the evenings to wind down with a drink and family/friends!

RIVER ACCESS
NOTE: The Yurts are not actually located on the River but only a short walk away on the same property. All guests will have direct access to the crystal-clear Medina River at the furthest end of the Yurts which is walking distance from all Yurts. The beautiful waters boast plenty of opportunities for swimming, kayaking, fishing and wildlife viewing! Kids and Adults alike will enjoy the steps that lead you directly into the Medina River Swimmin' Hole amongst all the stunning Cypress trees! Pull up a chair under the shade and relax as the sounds of nature ease your mind and spirit.
NOTE: The River water levels vary depending on rain.

CHECK IN:
72 Hours prior to arrival the check in information will be sent with detailed information about the property, access, etc.
Guests will have a large private driveway with plenty of parking at each individual Yurt. We provide as much information as possible before arrival so check-in and check-out is a breeze.

PETS:
Dogs under 35 pounds are welcome at the property but must be on a leash when outside due to other guests on property. The pet fee is $50 per pet (max 2). Please note that we will contact you after booking to collect for the fee if not already paid for at the time of booking via the Listing Site. Barking dogs are not permitted.

NEIGHBORS/GUESTS:
While offering a wonderful experience, the property does have nearby guests that may/may not be on-site during your stay. We believe in being transparent about our surroundings to manage expectations. Occasionally, you may hear or see other guests as they are also enjoying their stay on property as well. But please note that while our property is not necessarily completely secluded from other Yurts/guests, we strive to maintain a peaceful environment, however it may not always be completely quiet. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to embrace the vibrant community that surrounds all that this beautiful property has to offer.

RULES:
-There is NO SMOKING inside the Yurt ($250 Fee if evidence of smoking is found) Smoking outside is ok.
-Must be 25 or older to book and must be present during the duration of the stay
-Children Allowed (Adult Supervision Required - Hot Tub and River Access on property - No Life Guard on Duty - Swim at your Own Risk - Not Responsible for Accidents)
-No discharging of firearms, open flames/fires (other than BBQ Pit provided), fireworks or ATVs allowed on property
-Please bring own charcoal and lighter fluid for the BBQ Grill

We pride ourselves on cleanliness and high-end linens as we want our guests to enjoy the home as their own. All linens are laundered and sanitized for each new guest!
