A guest pass will admit 4 people for a nominal fee per person per day to visit the Trout Creek Recreation Center year-round (gym, lap pool, recreation pool, and spas) and the Northwoods Clubhouse (pool), Beach Club Marina (water activities) or tennis courts in the summer. Check out the Tahoe Donner Association website for more information on amenities and fees at: tahoedonner.com. Amenity availability is subject to change. Please note: Guests do not have access to the condo complex's clubhouse/pool or garages.

Snow removal in the complex may be sporadic at times when there is heavy snow volume. A shovel is located on the porch for your convenience.

We officially cut the cord with cable but that does not mean we cut the entertainment. With our high speed Internet you will have access to all the applications that are provided on our Vizio Smart TV such as Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, and Youtube. If you subscribe to any of these services, don't forget to bring your login information. We also have a selection of DVDs and games for your enjoyment.

Every now and then, power outages may occur during inclement weather and the Internet may be spotty or down. This is beyond our control and is part of the charm of being in the mountains.

There is no air conditioning, but two fans are provided for your comfort.
