The building offers amazing amenities including a pool on the 24th floor rooftop, patio furniture with grills on the rooftop, a brand new rehabbed gym and study space.
The Space:
The bedroom includes a large King Bed that can sleep three if needed. We have an amazing Crate & Barrel sofa bed in the living room that folds out into a queen size bed that can be made with fresh clean linen and a comforter with extra pillows. We also supply a queen size air mattress.
Gold Coast is home to some of the best restaurants in Chicago RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET FROM OUR BUILDING. Enjoy Tavern on Rush, Gibsons Steak, and many more steps away.
Guest Access:
Parking: We recommend downloading an app called "spot hero" and checking nearby parking garages or using ride-sharing services if you plan to bring a vehicle.
No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment and all common areas of the building. Please use designated smoking areas if needed.
Quiet Hours: We kindly request that guests respect quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
Pet Policy: Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this apartment. Please make necessary arrangements for your furry friends before booking.
Lost Key or Access Card: There will be a fee for lost keys or access cards, as they are crucial for building security.
