Great spot for a weekend

This is a wonderful spot with good amenities and a good staff. Its a very good spot for a weekend as the rooms are genuinely more than enough wich is a good thing. Your bang for your buck is genuine here.

Flagstaff Trip in February

Nice clean property and great location! Traveled to Sedona and decided to stay in Flagstaff. Enjoyed downtown Flagstaff and surrounding attractions too! Plan on returning soon!

This is a hotel room

This property is not outfitted for a week stay. The kitchen had three forks, two drink glasses and no oven pans. One very positive note was the daily breakfast buffet. The food was both excellent and varied. The property is in decline. The outdoor grills were filthy but no real issue as the propane tanks were empty.

Shabby but adequate

The room needs a deep cleaning. Walls all scuffed up and tons of bugs out the front door. But the bathroom and sheets were clean and that's important. It was adequate for our visit. I'm not sure I would stay again.

Great view, dog walking areas, room layout

It was like staying in a small apartment. Big refrigerator, a few cooking things, stove, microwave. Nice view across the street (golf course, country club). Toasted Owl has an amazing breakfast and wait staff. Would have liked to have had dishwasher detergent and more and better soap for washing hands/body. Bed was a little lumpy. Great areas for dog walking. Plenty of parking. Easy to enter/exit into parking area and lobby. Really enjoyed our stay.

Total Misrepresentation of Room and Property

This is the worst VRBO I have ever experienced. The property is VERY rundown and dirty. The description said “exceptional” and it was anything but that. The workers were rude, unhelpful, and cavalier, which was not surprising once we saw the property. The rooms were very rundown, the furniture was ripped and worn, the carpet was stained, we booked a stay for 3 nights for two people and we received 3 towels! There were exactly 2 plates, 2 bowls, 2 cups, 2 glasses and very little silverware. Our coffee pot was chipped and the coffee maker was dirty. Out TV did not work and we were told there was no maintenance person and we would have to wait until the next day, which we did and no maintenance person came by at all. The description of the room included a fireplace and that was not true. It also said there was a tennis court with equipment. There was NO tennis court! It was a basketball court with a plastic floor that was holey and brittle with weeds growing on it! We tried to go to the pool and there was a sign on the hot tub that said closed for chemical treatment. The pool chairs were almost all ripped, there was only 1 that had a seat to sit on. The same chairs were in the common BBQ area and they were also all ripped so you could not sit on them. The stairs, bannisters and hallways were all run down and DIRTY! There were conwens and bird poop everywhere. There was a very nice dog grassy area for our dog. There was a lot of dog poop everywhere as well. I took pics to post!
