We never enter our homes without providing proper notice to our guests, and the service team that attended to the lawn does not have access to the interior of the house. It’s possible there was some misunderstanding, but I will investigate this matter to ensure it does not happen again. Regarding the cleanliness issues, we sincerely apologize. We strive to keep our property in the best condition, and it’s disappointing to hear about the dishwasher and the condition of the house during your stay.
