The space
Studio-style guesthouse with cozy queen loft bed, amazing pellet stove, full cedar-lined bathroom with shower and composting toilet, and butcher-block kitchenette. Kitchenette is equipped with hot plates, large toaster oven, electric kettle, mini-fridge, French press, and other cooking basics.

Couch pulls out to full size bed; there is very comfortable padding and bedding available for the sleeper couch.

The outdoors can be enjoyed from the picnic table and lawn furniture or by taking a stroll in the pasture and forest. Stargazing is a must at night and the daytime views are stunning!

There are so many fun things to do in the Eugene/Veneta area, but you'll be just as happy snuggling up in this beautiful and quiet space or enjoying the nearby wineries.
Other things to note
We’re on well water, so please be mindful of water usage.

While there is no A/C, the concrete floors and shaded property keep this studio cool all summer long.

There are easy trails in the back woods. Please communicate with the host for more information.

For advanced bikers, there is easy access to a popular routes on the country roads.
