Perdido Key Lime Bungalow is nestled perfectly between Perdido Key and Downtown Pensacola. You're just 2.9 miles to the beautiful Johnson Beach National Seashore, as well as, multiple hiking trails and historic landmarks. Kayaking, picnicking, and swimming are all available at the Johnson's Beach National Seashore. If you'd like to explore the greater Pensacola area just adventure North from the neighborhood! Some activities in the area include Snorkeling on the emerald-water reefs (only 500ft from the shore!), Fishing on the nearby Charter Boats, exploring the dog beaches, watching the Blue Angels air show, and walking and biking sandy beach trails! Or, join the locals as you explore Palafox Market, Blue Wahoo's Stadium, and downtown Palafox. If you want some rest and relaxation, the beach is just minutes away to spend your day basking in the sun. To recharge, the endless dining options will be the only challenge you face as you decide which one to experience! 3. Two Dogs up to 40lbs welcome, (non-refundable dog fees apply; pre-registration is required).
4. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated.
5. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.
6. Please Note: Exterior security cameras are present and in place at the front and back of the home for added safety monitoring. Rest assured, your privacy is paramount, and no cameras are installed inside the living areas.
