The road to the cabin is mostly paved with a couple, short gravel sections. There are a few windy, steep, sections. 4 wheel drive is recommended in the winter or in snowy, icy, conditions.

☆ A keypad is located at the front door for a simple keyless entry. The entry code will be provided to you 48 hours before your arrival. The code is changed at check out time after every guest.
☆ Parking flat and paved and is available in front of the cabin and fits 4-5 cars depending on size.
☆ Please note there is a Ring Flood Light security camera located at the front of the house facing the parking area and entrance for your security. Please do not tamper with it, as it is an external camera present for your safety.

☆ This is a small family owned cabin. Please treat it the same as your own home. We appreciate it! 


☆ We usually are not able to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs. Check in is at 4 pm and check out by 10 am.

☆ Please make sure to read over our house rules before booking.

☆ We provide a small complimentary starter pack for guests with k-cups, hand soap, shampoo, body wash, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, and trash can liners. You may need to buy more depending on the duration of your stay.


☆ Our hot tub is drained and cleaned between all guest visits. It is only for guests 25 years old and over. Do not use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or you are pregnant. Use hot tub at your own risk.

☆ Please note that critters are common in the Great Smoky Mountains. We have our cabin on a monthly pest control program that is performed by a certified and professional pest control company. Please keep in mind that we are located in the mountains and it would be impossible to prevent all critters.

☆ Wildlife, including bears, inhabit the area. Please maintain a safe distance from wildlife, do not feed them, and do not leave food in vehicles.


☆ We stick to our cancellation policy. We do highly advise that you purchase traveler's or trip insurance to protect your purchase in the event of poor weather, illness, or other factors outside of our control that would cause you to have to cancel after booking. Many credit cards offer this protection for you as well.


☆ Bring your streaming passwords - Local & Cable TV is not available.

☆ Access to the community pool is provided and managed by a third party and open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. We are not responsible for amenity availability, maintenance, downtime, or pool closures under any circumstances.
