On the ground floor, the home offers a spacious open-concept layout with a comfortable living room, fully equipped kitchen, dining table for six, breakfast bar for two, and direct access to the private pool with a covered patio — ideal for relaxing after a day at the parks. This level also includes a Queen bedroom with TV and a shared bathroom.
