Each unit has its own tankless water heater and filtered water treatment system. There are security cameras on the property for your safety and protection. One is right inside the main entrance pointing toward the door. The additional cameras are attached to the outside of the building.

You can walk to a public park/beach as well as a small private lakefront area, shops, and the Glenwood fine dining restaurant. You are a short drive or boat ride to Lake Michigan. Sleeping Bear National Park, The Arcadia Bluffs Golf Course, Traverse City, and Crystal Mountain Ski Resort are all close enough to venture out for a day trip.
