The Podere Bianco Farmhouse includes: the main villa, a separate dépendance (now integrated as an additional lounge area), a swimming pool, multiple patios and terraces, a large private garden, and a parking area.

The Villa

The villa is divided into two independent 70 sqm apartments, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor.

Each apartment features:
- 2 double bedrooms (bed size: 160x195 cm)
- 2 large en-suite bathrooms
- A living area with an open-plan kitchen


The Dépendance

The 35 sqm dépendance has been redesigned as a multi-purpose lounge with its own bathroom.
In daily use, it serves as a cosy indoor sitting room, ideal as a shared social space (especially in winter).

It is also equipped with a double sofa bed, allowing the space to be converted at any time into an extra bedroom for up to 2 guests.

This flexibility brings the maximum capacity of the property to 10 guests, while ensuring the dépendance remains a valuable indoor living area even when not used for sleeping. If needed, capacity can be extended to 11 guests with the addition of an extra single bed.

Please note: by Christmas 2025, the dépendance will be fully redesigned. For the moment, it is still set up as a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. As soon as the transformation is completed, we will update the listing with new photos and replace the current ones of the existing bedroom.
