Thank you for the feedback. I’m sorry your stay fell short of expectations. I’m glad the layout and amenities worked for your group, but what you described is not the experience we want guests to have. The $60 non-refundable damage waiver is an option presented at booking through VRBO and isn’t charged by our team, sorry if that wasn’t clear. You should have had enough towels and supplies for seven people for four nights. That’s unacceptable, and we’ve flagged this with our housekeeping partner so extra linens, trash liners, and basic kitchen supplies are properly stocked for larger groups. The internet outage, the master bedroom remote, and the dishwasher should have been handled faster; we’ve escalated those items to maintenance for repair or replacement. We’ll also have the pool tile and coping inspected and cleaned. Apologies for the automated response you received — we aim for prompt, personal follow-up and will make sure a team member reaches out faster in situations like this. We’re sorry you felt you had to leave early and appreciate you bringing these issues to our attention so we can make improvements for future guests. Thanks again for letting us know and we’ll get this sorted.

I’ve passed it along to the team and we’ll add rubber-backed/non-slip mats by the entry and along the path to the bedrooms and stock more bath towels. Hope you’ll stay with us again!
