The property was not cleaned well at all, there was countless dirty dishes and silverware put away in the drawers and cabinets. The bedsheets were made but not cleaned, we found clipped fingernails under the comforter in one of the rooms. There was a yellow pee stained comforter just jumbled up in the closet of the master bedroom. There was a dead roach in the kitchen when we arrived, and there was roach poop all in the cabinets and drawers of the kitchen. Its also worth noting that the floors of the main kitchen level are seperating vinyl plank floors with big gaps in between the planks. The views were very nice on the second and third floors, however they fail to include in the pictures the dilapidated abandoned house 20 feet from the back of the house that blocks or ruins a lot of the views. As well as the massive house being constructed behind the property. The amenities are decent, they have 2 kayaks that you can use that arent in the best condition as well as 5 beach chairs for use. You'll have to reach out to the vacation property manager though as the provided codes for the shed do not work. Overall the house was decent just very poorly taken care of and we will not be staying there again. Its not worth the price they are charging.
