This is a perfect, safe community to get in that morning walk, join in numerous daily activities, or to watch beautiful sunsets over the river, without ever having to "leave campus!" There are multiple pools where you can relax with a good book, grill out, or even work remotely under the outdoor gazebo. The spacious master suite has lanai access and plenty of walk-in storage. The split layout provides privacy for the guest bedroom, with a shared Jack-and-Jill second full bath. The third space is a den/guest bedroom with a futon/pull-out bed and offers a functional printer/scanner for those needing to conduct business. For security purposes, ALL renters must pay a mandatory $100 Application Fee, be approved by the Board of Directors, and pay a $300 Amenity Transfer Fee to take advantage of golf and dining amenities. Because of this process, 30 days advanced notice is required.
Florida law requires a non-refundable 6% hotel tax for all rentals less than 180 days.
