New! Modern, spacious, light-filled guest house. Take in the outdoors with multiple picture windows and skylights. Relax on the reclining couch or enjoy the Bay Area breeze on your own private patio. Cook a meal in the open chef's kitchen with all the essentials and peninsula seating. Need to work? Head upstairs to the office and ergonomic workstation with an uplift desk. Retreat to the main bedroom where a comfy bed awaits, or rejuvenate under the rain shower. A sanctuary, yet close to it all!
The space
The main bedroom is downstairs and the second bedroom is upstairs, which is a vaulted ceiling multi purpose room with a workspace and full size sofa bed. Both rooms have linens, closets , overhead fans, and their own heating/air conditioning unit (although the weather is great and temperature control is rarely needed).

The open living room and kitchen has vaulted ceilings and is very bright welcoming space. The full size kitchen has standard appliances as well as filter water, a microwave, toaster, cooking supplies, coffee makers, and teas.

The bathroom has a no threshold shower with grab bars and a bench. There is storage within a medicine cabinet, vanity, and shelves. Shampoo, conditioner, and soap are provided as well as bath and beach towels. A stacked washer and dryer unit is within the bathroom.
Guest access
The guest house and patio off the side are for use of our guests. Access is through a dedicate gate and sidewalk to the unit door. We live in the main house of the property and use the yard spaces. We will respect the privacy of our guests and have integrated privacy barriers such as up/down blinds and natural privacy screens surrounding the guest house.
