Furthermore, to ensure an optimal experience during your stay, we would give you a Welcome kit as a courtesy on the day of your arrival, which may include some basic products for personal care and cooking

The property´s air conditioning is located at the corner of the bedroom and living room. If you want to adjust the temperature, keep in mind that the thermostat is not visible to the naked eye; This is integrated into the air conditioning itself. To activate the heating, simply press the ´Mode´ button until the word ´Heat´ appears.

We do not provide wash cloth.

Please note that the HVAC system is centralized and operates according to city regulations and seasonal cycles, to comply with environmental regulations. Heating in full operation (Oct 15 - May 1) AC in full operation (May 15 - Oct 1) Between transitions, the operation of the HVAC is at the discretion of the building association according to the outside temperature.

Pool only open from May-September. (From Memorial Day to Labor Day).
