If you do decide to bring your dog along, we do ask that you keep them on a leash at all times when you're outside and walk them off of the complex grounds. As always, please pick up after your pet.

All about Surfside Condominium:

Surfside vacation rentals are located on the non-driving section of New Smyrna Beach and offer a more private vacation setting. Built in 1969, Surfside is a 57-unit complex, with each home featuring 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Just a few steps from the door, guests can enjoy a beachfront pool and the serene shores of a private and quiet stretch of beach. The convenience of ample guest parking and on-site laundry facilities adds to the comfort of your stay.

All Things New Smyrna Beach:

New Smyrna Beach is a stunning barrier island nestled between the Atlantic Ocean and the Indian River in Central Florida. It boasts an impressive 13-mile stretch of pristine sandy beaches, making it a haven for water enthusiasts. If you're feeling adventurous, New Smyrna is renowned as the surfing capital of Florida, where you can catch some waves or watch skilled locals ride the big ones near the jetties. For a more relaxed beach day, you can frolic in the surf, collect seashells, or build sandcastles with your family.

Fishing enthusiasts will also find their paradise here. If you do decide to bring your furry friend with you, there is a pet fee of $200 a week (per pet) or $300 (per pet) for a month long rental. This is simply to reward our cleaners for the extra detail they will put in to remove any additional stains or shedding that occur during your best friends stay in our home. :)

In season (Mid-January through March & June through July) we rent Saturday to Saturday. Please keep this in mind when booking your stay with us! All cancellations, regardless of cancelation policy, are less our standard booking fee to cover the expense of processing your initial payment. Thank you for understanding!...
