Summary:
Welcome to Park Place, a beautifully restored 1800s one-bedroom, one-bathroom pet-friendly condo in the heart of downtown Savannah. This second-floor condo is perfect for four guests ready to explore, featuring beautiful original hardwood floors, a comfortable king mattress, a pull-out sofa, and a private balcony. Just a five-minute walk to Forsyth Park and surrounded by incredible dining, attractions, and adventures.

The Space:
Originally built in 1880, Park Place has been freshly remodeled to include all the modern amenities you desire while preserving the historic colonial feel that attracts many to downtown Savannah.
Enter the home through the second-floor entrance and enter a spacious open concept connecting the living room, kitchen, and dining spaces. In the living room, find a comfortable pull-out sofa, sitting chairs, and a smart TV ready to stream your favorite shows.
Directly off the living room, find the fully appointed kitchen with a full appliances package, pots, pans, cooking utensils, small appliances, and dishware. A peninsula island provides two bar-height stools, and a small dining table offers two bar stools.
Open the back door to your private balcony with comfortable patio furnitureâan excellent place to enjoy your morning coffee or watch the sunset on beautiful Savannah.
Original pocket doors separate the condoâs primary bedroom and includes the single bathroom. The bedroom features a king bed wrapped in crisp linens. The room lives large and comfortable, with multiple large windows filling the room with abundant natural light. A second smart TV lets you enjoy shows from the comfort of your bed, and a dedicated workspace makes working remotely on your trip a breeze.
The bathroom features a shower/tub combination and a single vanity. The bathroom is outfitted with all essentials, including towels, toilet paper, shampoo, and body wash.
Guest Access:
Access to a private deck can be found just off the kitchen area. The front deck looks over Lincoln Street, allowing visitors to take in some fresh air in the morning. The deck also has a small area that seats two and is conveniently situated next to a large tree, which provides plenty of shade on those warmer days.
The King bedroom can be separated from the rest of the apartment with original pocket doors, and hosts a tiled bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The room is also perfect for those working from home. It comes with a full corner desk as well as solid 100mbs WiFi-connection.
The Neighborhood:
Located in the Victorian District East on the corner of East Park Ave and Habersham St, the Park Place puts you in the heart of Savannah. Surrounded by everything the hostess city of the south has to offer, you will enjoy easy access to everything that makes for a memorable stay in Savannah.
Start your mornings with a walk over to Forsyth Park, just five minutes, and stop through The Sentient Bean for espresso, coffee, and small breakfast bites. Are you craving some excellent diner food for breakfast? Walk down to Fork & Dagger Diner to enjoy that retro diner we love.
Enjoy a variety of food types throughout the city. Just minutes from your door, stop in the Peking House for incredible Chinese food. Grab a Cubano from the Cuban Window Café, or get classy with seasonal American dishes with a southern touch at Local 11ten Food |Wine.
Ready to let loose and have a little fun? Savannah is home to some of the best pubs and nightlife around. Stop into the White Whale Craft Ales tasting room to taste some incredible local brews. Stop by The Black Rabbit, an old-school sandwich shop by day and pub by night. Are you heading north out of the neighborhood? Check out Savannahâs staple pubs like Six Pence Pub (British Inspired), OâConnellâs Irish Pub, or McDonoughâs Restaurant & Lounge.

Are you driving into town? Park Place provides free on-street parking with spaces generally available right outside the unit. Please be mindful of parking signs, as parking spots rotate for street cleaning.
Getting around is easy with walkable streets, bike rentals, and Uber/Lyft service. Jump on Savannahâs public transit system with the Habersham & Park SB stop just a 1-minute walk from the condo. This free DOT trolley circulates downtown and provides ample stops at all the major attractions.
Want more options? Download the cityâs local version of Uber called âThe Downtowner.â Simply download the app, and they will pick you up for free!
Other Things to Note:
Only one (1) dog permitted with a one-time $100 fee. Must be less than 50 pounds and be able to provide proof of flea/tick treatment. Fee must be paid before check-in.
