Downtown Cozy Cottage

Quiet, cozy and convenient! Very charming and full of downtown Melbourne comforts. Built in 1925 this is a vintage vaulted ceiling cottage style home with a very unique design. The Cozy Cottage offers a beautiful original courtyard with a sitting area to enjoy the mature landscape that’s decades old.

We welcome your stay at the cozy little cottage just walking distance to Downtown Melbourne.

Also, convenient to the beaches, downtown Eau Gallie and only 15 min from I-95 for easy access. The property is adjoined with two other historical properties that all tie together.

The Space

When you arrive, you will park in a designated grass area enough for two cars. You will walk the brick path to the side door. Inside is spacious with carriage style vaulted ceilings in the living room, a modern style kitchen, efficient bathroom with tub/shower combo and a relaxing bedroom with a comfy queen-size bed.

The living room has a cozy sofa that’s a queen pull out. Two extra chairs, 32" TV equipped with Roku TV. The modern kitchen is bright with granite countertops, a full-size refrigerator, flat top stove/oven combo, Keurig machine and all your cooking essentials to enjoy home cooked meals during your stay.

Adjoined to the kitchen is the dining room table that seats 4. The sunroom is adjoined to the living room and is equipped with a full-size washer and dryer as well as some helpful essentials.

There is also enough space to enjoy HOT yoga as well. Don't forget to bring your mat!

Please remove your shoes at the door before walking through the cottage.

Home is almost 100 years old with old plumbing. Wipes and female toiletries flushed. Toilet paper only. If those items are flushed and a clog is induced the guest will be responsible to pay to unclog.

We have three separate houses on this large property. There are some amenities available in the laundry room space.

Other things to note

The internet is ATT and is 100mbps. The TV’s are for streaming only and an included antenna for some cable. The smart TV’s have the apps you can login too if you have accounts for various desired apps. We will do everything we can to ensure these things work, but we are not the geek squad. ATT is the provider and they sometimes have issues on their end.
