Take a dip in the refreshing outdoor pool, soak in the heated jaccuzzi or simply lounge by the waters edge, sandy beach or on the boat dock. The private launch ramp provides easy access to the river for boating enthusiasts. The courtyard features a charming outdoor table and chairs, perfect for al fresco dining and a BBQ for grilling up delicious meals.
Inside the house you will find a fire place in 2 living rooms, creating a cozy ambiance during cooler evenings. The second and third story balconies offer breathtaking views of the sun setting over the Colorado River. An outdoor fire pit adds a touch of rustic charm to the property.

Hello! Being a local host is perfect for me as I enjoy meeting new people from all over the world and ensuring guests have a great vacation in Bullhead City. I enjoy the sunshine and the outdoor adventures at the river, lake and off road trips with my family. My favorite place to eat is Laughlin Ranch Restaurant and the Grand Celebration dinner tours.

Green grass, friendly neighbors, and of course it is located in the calm cove of the Colorado River. Very prime location especially during the summer season when the river is the place to be to stay cool and have a blast.
