Welcome to Cotton Top Farm! Enjoy the country charm of our spacious farmhouse and forget all your worries while soaking up the farm life scenery! Our little piece of heaven is nestled on the edge of nearly 300 acres of farmland and is the perfect quiet getaway. We look forward to having you stay with us!
The space
The house has its own gated private driveway and is located on the backside of a small pecan orchard surrounded by fields of cotton. It’s spacious (nearly 2500sqft. farmhouse) with 2 bedrooms(one has a queen bed and the other has a queen and double bed) and 2 full baths. It has a fully stocked kitchen with a table for 8 and also another table in the kitchen area that accommodates 4! Also in the kitchen area is a wet bar with an ice machine and wine cooler. The dining room has an antique dining table with seating for 6. The living room has 2 full leather sofas, a leather reclining chair and 2 antique chairs for extra seating! You also have access to a full laundry room. We are centrally located and only 20-30 min from Albany, Tifton, Ashburn, Cordele and Moultrie.
Guest access
You have access to the house however the barn is under construction and guest are not allowed in that area! Feel free to have the perfect picnic in the pecan orchard and enjoy the view of our ponds, maybe bring your fishing poles to see if you can catch a few fish!😊🧺🎣
