We had plan to stay at this property Thursday – Sunday, May 8-11, 2025. As we slowly walked through the property, we found the property to be unsuitable due to the mold, safety hazards, and specific aspects which was not described or mentioned on the VRBO website. Below are the reasons we did not stay. 1.Mold was found inside of the house. Mold spores can be inhaled, ingested, possibly touched which can cause asthma, allergies, skin irritation, and other breathing problems. Mold exposure can aggravate the respiratory system causing wheezing, coughing, shortness of breath. 2.If you are on the second floor you can look directly down into the bathroom (commode/toilet area). This was not mentioned in the description nor were any pictures posted of this area.3.The VRBO picture of the outside of the house did not match the property. 4.Trash cans were full in front of the house. 5.Hose pipe was scattered in front of the rental which is a safety hazard. 6.Wall electrical socket does not cover the opening which is a safety hazard. This is a true assessment of the property. The above list was sent to the owner, received very little response. Yes, I did inquire about a refund but did not receive one. I have no reason to exaggerate or lie. We stayed at a Marriott the weekend.I wanted to post pictures but did not have an option since VRBO does not give this option.
