Step inside this beautiful and bright 2BR/2BA home featuring vaulted ceilings, a stack stone fireplace, wood flooring, marble-tiled bathrooms and in-unit laundry. Remodeled kitchen has new cabinetry and quartz countertops. Both bedrooms feature large walk-in closets. Just steps from the biking/walking paths along the Indian Bend Wash Greenbelt, canal banks, and popular Chaparral park and recreational area. Old Town Scottsdale with its shopping and fabulous restaurants is just minutes away.
Feel right at home in our cozy yet stylish Upstairs condo. The master bedroom was designed with your comfort and convenience in mind. The room features a spacious king-size bed where you can rest and recharge after a day of adventure. Whether you need to catch up on work or simply want to enjoy a good book, the desk and comfy reading chair provide the perfect spot to do so.
In addition to the relaxing sleeping area, the master bedroom boasts a walk-in closet with plenty of space for your clothes and belongings. You won't have to worry about running out of space for your wardrobe. The en suite bathroom is a sanctuary of its own, with double sinks and a well-equipped walk-in shower. This space is designed to cater to all your needs, ensuring you can get ready for your day or unwind in the evening without any hassles.
Meanwhile, the second bedroom offers another king-size bed, ensuring that everyone gets a comfortable night's sleep. For added flexibility, the room features a couch that easily converts into an extra twin bed if needed. This cozy space provides a peaceful and private area for relaxation.
The kitchen is a modern and fully-equipped area designed for your convenience. It features a custom cabinets and Keurig coffee maker, so you can start your day with a fresh cup of coffee. You'll find all the dishes, pots, pans, and utensils you need for a hassle-free cooking experience. Whether you're planning to prepare a full meal or just need to heat something up, you'll have everything at your fingertips.
Worried about laundry during your stay? Don't be. The unit includes a washer and dryer, making it easy to take care of any laundry needs without leaving the comfort of your home away from home.
For entertainment, the condo is equipped with three TVs, ensuring that you can watch your favorite shows or movies without any conflicts. And if you prefer spending time outdoors, the lovely patio provides a great space for relaxation. This is a lovely condo complex with an awesome pool. Just steps from the biking/walking paths along the Indian Bend Wash Greenbelt, canal banks, and popular Chaparral park (dog) and recreational area. Old Town Scottsdale with its shopping and fabulous restaurants is just minutes away.
There is an assigned parking spot which is spot #7 directly in front of the unit. You can also park in any spots that are not assigned to a unit.
House Rules:
Please no additional guests other than the ones staying. There can be exceptions made but please contact me to arrange. Violating this will be a $200 dollar charge per person per day.
**Please Note: Any excessive cleaning required is $50 per hour.
Tampering with security equipment is grounds for immediate cancellation of the booking
No Animals*** Should you bring an animal after violating the house rules you will be asked to leave the premises.
No smoking/vaping or drug use! This is a zero tolerance policy. Should you violate this there will be a $500 dollar fine and for every piece of evidence of smoking/drug use I will charge $25 dollars additionally (ashtrays, cigarette butts, Illegal substances)
NO PARTIES/events... No exceptions. Should you have a party you will be asked to leave and there will be no refund.
If there are any noise complaints or the police are called you could be asked to leave with no refund.
Late checkout's can be arranged (when available) but will be an additional $100 dollar fee and they must be requested 24-48 hours in advance. Emergencies happen just let me know as soon as possible :) $150 charge to guest(s) still on property after check-out time to respect proper cleaning time for arrival of next guests. Cleaning crew WILL enter home at 11 AM to clean. Anyone still in the house two hours after checkout will then pay that days base rate (without discounts, this does not grant you access to the property for the day.) If we have to refund another guest due to you staying in the property, you will reimburse us for any refunds given.
(Note: any damage resulting in blocking days off in the calendar will result in you paying the days rate for however many days it took to restore the property)
No crypto mining on premises, should it be found that this is happening you will be asked to leave and no refund issued.
Be respectful of the neighbors, this is a family friendly neighborhood.
