Conveniently located near the South Gate of Ocean Lakes Family Campground, this house provides renters with easy access to all that Ocean Lakes and the South Strand area have to offer. It is also perfect for bikers who wish to walk their bikes to their site, rather than leave them in the bike parking lot. The house is located at the corner of Spring Ln & Sharkstooth Trail.

Items To Note:

This rental does include a complimentary, not guaranteed, golf cart. If, for any reason during your stay, the cart is not available, a replacement will not be supplied. All operators must be 21 years or older with a valid driver's license.

Bed, bath, and kitchen linens are included in the cleaning fee.

Ocean Lakes charges $12.00 per day, per vehicle, for passes purchased 10+ days in advance of your arrival. Passes purchased less than 10 days in advance are $15.00 per day. This is payable directly to Ocean Lakes and not included in your payment for the rental. Instructions on completing this process will be emailed to you prior to your arrival.

There is parking for 2 standard vehicles at this site. If you have additional vehicles, they must be parked in the overflow lot (daily fee still applies).

A welcome packet containing information on obtaining parking passes will be emailed to you upon receipt of payment in full & 30 days prior to your arrival.

Baby items are available for rent during your stay. Baby gear rental registration will be included in your welcome packet.

Pre-arrival grocery delivery is available for an additional fee. Pre-arrival grocery delivery information will be included in your welcome packet.

Access information will be emailed at 3:45 PM on arrival date.

Your reservation is not confirmed until the deposit payment is received

By proceeding with the rental of this property, you are confirming you are in agreement with the terms and conditions set forth in the Digital Rental Agreement and with the rental rules listed below.

All renters are required to purchase a Security Deposit Waiver in lieu of a refundable damage deposit.

Must be 25 or older to rent and present for the entire rental period.

No house parties.

No smoking in house.

Fireworks are prohibited inside Ocean Lakes Family Campground.
