I'm originally from Colorado but was always drawn to New Orleans and the beach, so I picked the Gulf Coast because it was the best of both worlds. I'm an accountant by trade. I also went to culinary arts school, absolutely love to cook, and can often be found outside using the wood pit to smoke ribs or brisket or chickens.

I do live in the 2nd unit of the house, so I am available for requests.

The reason I wanted to be a host is because I noticed that these services have slowly become more and more ridiculous for guests. Lately it seems like you are paying the property owner to be their housekeeper and their rules are oppressive.

I wanted to change that and prove that there are still good guys out there who do things the right way and won't charge you an arm and a leg for not only the stay, but the cleaning fees (oh the cleaning fees).

As mentioned, I am an amazing cook, so I absolutely can and will provide meals if you desire. It will come at a cost as I'll have to buy the groceries and cook it, but I'll keep it reasonable and we can always arrange a daily or meal rate. I'm not here to get rich, I'm here to buck the system and show that the Golden Rule isn't dead.

I have an espresso maker that again, for a monthly fee I can put on the coffee bar in your rental so you have starbucks at your fingertips. It's a Breville Barista Express.

This is a brand new house with splashes of the original thrown in such as the living room brick wall and the hardwood floors that could be reused in perfect condition.

So unlike most places in this area, this house is new with new-to-code everything and brand new furniture. This house is truly immaculate.
