Step inside to the open concept living space - beginning with the living room. Plush modular seating surrounds a large flat screen smart TV. Plenty of room for the whole crew to catch up on the morning news while having a coffee, or making breakfast in the kitchen. Speaking of the kitchen, it's gorgeous! We're talking large granite countertops, plenty of cupboard space, and stainless steel appliances. We've got not one, but two large capacity fridge/freezer combos, so there's room for everyone's favourite snacks! Parking:
• Up to 2 vehicles can park in the driveway. There is additional parking available at the clubhouse. Please note there is a 6 vehicle maximum per household and buses, RVs, trailers and boats are prohibited in the community.

Property Access:
• Guests will enter the community through a gate and the security guard.
