The Space:

Discover Adventure Awaits, a welcoming haven in the heart of the pines. The spacious living room boasts a Roku TV, a DVD library for entertainment, and a crackling wood-burning fireplace, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The well-appointed kitchen is designed for effortless meal preparation. The main level features the kitchen, dining area, living room, laundry facilities, one bedroom, and a full bathroom. The upper level offers two more bedrooms, a second full bathroom, and a fun bunk room filled with books and toys for children. Outside, a fenced deck provides a secure space for relaxation, complemented by a private outdoor shower. Enjoy year-round comfort with central air conditioning and heating. Additional features include a charcoal barbecue, a washer and dryer, and fast WiFi. Pets are welcome upon request. Please be aware that shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are not supplied.



Guest Access:

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire house and its amenities, including a fenced front deck and backyard, an outdoor shower, a BBQ grill, Wi-Fi, a Roku TV, and laundry facilities.

A short walk will take you to the heart of downtown, where you can enjoy shopping, dining, and family-friendly activities like mini golf and the seasonal pool. For outdoor adventures, Pinecrest Lake is just a 20-mile drive away, offering swimming, boating, and fishing. Winter enthusiasts can head to Dodge Ridge, located 23 miles from the property, for skiing, snowboarding, and snow play. And don't miss the opportunity for a day trip to the breathtaking Yosemite National Park, easily accessible from this location.



Getting Around:

Getting Around: While a car is recommended for exploring the area, you'll find convenient access to local amenities. The Twain Harte downtown area, with its shops and restaurants, is within easy walking distance. For those arriving by air, the nearest major airport is Modesto City-County Airport (MOD), approximately 75 miles away, a drive of about 1.5-2 hours depending on traffic. Parking is readily available at the property with free on-site parking for guests. Public transportation options are limited in Twain Harte, so a personal vehicle is generally the most practical way to get around and explore the surrounding attractions like Pinecrest Lake (20 miles) and Dodge Ridge (23 miles).

As outlined in the Terms and Conditions you will sign upon booking (but in case you miss it), Twain Harte Rentals provides one roll of toilet paper per bathroom and one roll of paper towels to get you started. We recommend arriving prepared with any additional paper products you may need during your stay.



You will receive a message prior to arrival with information on where to purchase firewood if the home does not provide it.



While Wi-Fi is provided, it is not guaranteed. Mountain internet can occasionally be spotty and is not always as reliable as city service.
