This recently remodeled 4-bedroom townhome is the perfect launching pad for year-round fun. Surrounded by trees in a peaceful area, the home is located on the FREE bus line which will have you at the Main St Station in just 4 minutes, from which you are less than a 10-minute walk to the Quicksilver Lift! After a day of exploring, return to the charming home to unwind in the open living space or step out on the balcony and take in the magnificent mountain views and sunset.

The Space:
Step inside this charming townhome and be greeted by an open and bright space that boasts a harmonious blend of modern aesthetics and rustic mountain charm. Large windows fill the space with natural light and beautiful views over the mountains. In the evenings, head out to the balcony to take in the setting sun over the mountain, a beautiful view to end a memorable day spent in the mountains! The home is the perfect launching pad for year-round fun and relaxation.

As you enter the home, you will arrive at the inviting living room, where you will find a plush 3-person couch with a chaise lounger and an oversized leather chair. Settle into the cozy furnishings as you enjoy a movie on the 65” TV or admire the views out of the glass doors that open up to the balcony. You will be impressed with the beautiful views over the mountains that you can enjoy from this part of the home! In the evening, be sure to step outside and enjoy the sunset over the mountains.

On the other side of the living room you will find the kitchen and dining area, the open and social layout is perfect for groups looking to keep connected! From the living room, you will first come to the dining area, where you will find a lovely wooden dining table with seating for 8. A large piece of wall art and an oversized rug add style to this space, and with windows on either side, you can enjoy views of the surrounding nature while you dine! Past the dining table, you will come to the fully equipped kitchen which boasts a Scandinavian-style space with all-white cabinets, light gray countertops, and stainless steel appliances. A kitchen bar with two bar stools provides a great spot for enjoying a snack, a workspace to catch up on any work needs, or an area to hang out while you keep the chef company. Just off the kitchen and dining room, you will find a half bathroom conveniently located for shared use, as well as a full-size washer and dryer in the hallway closet.

When you are ready to settle in for the night, you will find four comfortable and quiet bedrooms on the upper level of the home. As you arrive at the upstairs landing, you will find the master bedroom to your left, a peaceful space that includes an ensuite bathroom and a sliding glass door out to a private balcony! Enjoy taking in the sunset on the balcony before tucking into the comfortable queen-size bed, this room will be your own private oasis. Adding to the comfort of the room is the ensuite bathroom where you will find a single-sink vanity with ample storage space, a spacious tiled walk-in shower, and a small walk-in closet. The second bedroom is situated at the top of the stairs and is considered a bunk room with two sets of twin-over-twin wood bunk beds. This bedroom is perfect for the kids in your group to share, they will love having sleepovers in this room! A third bedroom is found on the right side of the bunk room and features a queen-size bed as well as a long dresser and a closet, providing plenty of room to store your personal items. Next to the bedroom is a full-sized bathroom for shared use, in which you will find a single-sink vanity and a bathtub/shower combo. The fourth bedroom is found on the third-floor loft, making it feel like a hidden spot for you to sneak away to. The bedroom is reached from a wooden ladder that is situated in the upstairs hallway. In this cozy loft space bedroom, you will find a queen-size bed, matching nightstands with lamps, and two large windows bringing in ample natural light.

Guests will have access to the entire home, a balcony, and 2 parking places in front of the building the townhome is located in.

The Neighborhood:
This charming townhome is situated in the Boreas Pass neighborhood, an area popular for its peaceful surroundings and incredible views! This area is a paradise for hiking enthusiasts with both the Baldy and Boreas Pass Loop trailheads nearby perfect for summer hiking adventures. Another great option is to enjoy a sunny day with a visit to the Blue River, just an 8-minute drive from the home, where you have endless opportunities for fishing and kayaking. In the fall the Boreas Pass turns into an explosion of fall colors from the aspens changing colors making for a beautiful scenic drive. In the wintertime, you are less than 15 minutes away from Breckenridge Ski Resort, getting you out on the slopes in no time. For those who enjoy learning more about the history of an area, be sure to visit the nearby Breckenridge Sawmill Museum or Washington Mine and Milling Exhibit for a look at the history of this area. If you are looking for a bit more city life you are just three miles from Breckenridge's historic Main Street, where you will find a bustling area of eateries, breweries, shops, boutiques, and entertainment options to enjoy.

Getting Around:
You can’t beat the location of this home! Just a few steps outside your front door you will find the Lucky bus stop on the Boreas Pass Loop making it easy to head into downtown or out to the surrounding areas. For those with a vehicle, you are just a 10-minute drive to downtown. Once downtown you can park and hop on to the FREE Main Street Trolley and enjoy exploring downtown with ease. For those traveling between the months of November to May AWD/4WD drive is required.

Please note that, like most homes in Breckenridge, this home does not have A/C.

Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.

Great spot, just a little tight for our group of 9
Everything about the property was just as described and it's in very nice condition. Well appointed, clean, modern and felt new. The pictures are all accurate but I failed to notice the stairs leading to the bedrooms were a spiral staircase (which was tricky with luggage), but that's on me! Also, our group feels that Aspen Extreme is the best ski movie (we liked the pic in the bathroom) but we appreciated your love for Hot Dog!
