Across the street, you can enjoy Ms Newby's, Longboards, Hammerhead Fred's, Emerald Falls (Go carts, arcade, putt-putt), PCB Slingshot, Bricks & Barley, Deja Brew, PCB Winery, Guadalajara Mexican Grill and much more! Within 2 minutes drive you can visit Ripley's Believe It Or Not, WonderWorks, Signal Hill Golf Course, Pineapple Willy's, tons of retail, restaurants and so much more! We are perfectly located near all your favorite attractions and adventures! Don't forget to visit Shell Island, Adventures at Sea, Shipwreck Island Water Park, Cobra Adventure Park or schedule water skiing, jet skiing, deep sea fishing, kayaking, parasailing or a boat rental!
This property offers a comfortable, inviting space with relaxing views from the balcony after enjoying a day of play! Relax in the pool or sauna. Enjoy a calming fire in the fire pit. How long has it been since you've played shuffleboard? We've got it! Tennis anyone? Bring your gear, we've got that too! Want to bring your boat or jet skis? We also have our own private dock with fish cleaning station. Boat slips available on a first come, first serve basis, as well as a designated space to park your trailer. Parking permit required. Ask for more details.
As you come in the front door, the guest room will be on the left. This room offers a queen sized bed, flat screen TV, and charging ports for your electronics. We hope you enjoy the open concept kitchen and living room. We have filled the shelves with everything we thought you might need to make all your delicious, home cooked meals. We're sure the Keurig will start the day by brewing your morning coffee using pods or grounds. Feel like grilling out? We've got that too! Poolside :) Relax on the balcony, take in the sunrise or sunset while you overlook the pool and the bay. We've added more charging ports in the super comfy living room. Take in a movie on this large flat screen TV.
Up the stairs is where you'll find the master bedroom suite, complete with its king size bed, flat screen TV, and stunning views overlooking the pool and the bay. This large suite includes charging ports on each night stand for all your electronics, a private bath with double sinks and tiled, glass shower. Plenty of room for long stays with 2 closets. The bunk room is on this level and just down the hall. It includes a double bed and two twin beds, a flat screen TV, and another charging port for electronics.
We've included super fast Wi-Fi for all your streaming needs. Bring your logins for all your favorite apps. All TV's are smart TV's. AND... They'll automatically log you out of all the apps on your day of departure. Cool right? We thought so too!
We start you off with toilet paper, paper towel, trash bags, dish washing detergent and dish soap. You may have to purchase some of these items to complete your stay.
Beach towels are not provided. Please bring your own. Do not take our bath towels to the beach or pool.
For the less cool information:
*Parking passes are required for every vehicle, boat trailer and watercraft trailer. Parking passes must be displayed at all times when on the property. Any vehicle without a valid parking pass is subject to towing at the owner’s expense. Parking passes for watercraft trailers require prior authorization and approval. Additional parking pass fee required. A maximum of 2 vehicles per unit may be parked in the residential area. Additional vehicles must be parked in the lot along Joan Avenue with an appropriate tag or decal.
*Do not sit or climb on balcony rails. Do not hang towels or clothing on balcony rails.
*No grills may be used or stored on balconies per fire code. Grills are available for use at the Clubhouse; charcoal is not provided. Please clean grills after use and deposit ashes in the appropriate container.
*Pool hours are 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. Infants, small children, and incontinent adults must wear a protective swim diaper. All posted pool rules must be observed. Children 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult 18 years of age or older in the pool or dock area.
*You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this unit per St. Thomas Square.
*No pets allowed. I know this stinks but we are trying to keep this condo allergen free for sensitive guests.
*No smoking allowed. A $300 service charge will be applied for any legal or non legal smoke detected to cover the cost of fumigation.
*All garbage must be taken to a dumpster and only household trash is permitted.
*Tennis courts are for tennis only. No hard shoes, skates or wheeled vehicles allowed.
*No fireworks are allowed on property.
*Excessive cleaning needed will result in an additional charge of $300. This applies when extra cleaning is needed above and beyond our standard cleaning practices. Excessive cleaning would include things like cleaning of: walls, bodily fluids, bodily substances, trash pick up and removal, rearranging furniture, linens stained with make-up, linens stained with self tanner, stained linens with any substance, and more.
