This condo features granite kitchen countertops, upgraded kitchen cabinets & appliances, a Harman pellet stove, fast Wi-Fi, smart TV, and a full size washer and dryer, queen sleeper sofa in the living room, with half bath on the ground level. The two bedrooms upstairs contain a king bed in the master, and a queen bed in the second bedroom. Two full baths also upstairs.

Kick back, slow down, relax and enjoy the breeze out on the back deck; or walk up to Cuchara Mountain Park, hike a nearby trail, or fish one of the six lakes within a 50 minute drive!

Take a five minute cruise down to the village of Cuchara and visit the general store for a few gifts, grab a bite to eat or your favorite beverage at the famous Dog Bar, then stroll over to the Bear's Den and play a round of mini golf. There is also Lokal Perks, the Yacht Club and Dakota Dukes in the village with all their goodies too! Horseback riding is available in Cuchara Valley as well.
